Copyright Infringement Notice
Dear TLC University,
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a matter of great concern involving the unauthorized use and replication of my website. It has come to my attention that TLC University, without my explicit consent, has unlawfully taken possession of my website that was sold to St Michaels Christian University and transferred to HostGator’s server.
This action is a blatant violation of my intellectual property rights and constitutes a serious infringement on my exclusive right to control the use and distribution of my website. I must insist that you cease and desist all activities related to the unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of my website immediately.
Failure to comply with this demand within 5 business days will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action against TLC University, Archbishop Charles Hill, Bishop CE Bell and Digital House Pakistan. Legal proceedings could result in severe consequences, including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and the recovery of attorney’s fees.
I strongly urge TLC University to rectify this situation promptly by taking the following actions:
- Immediately cease any use, replication, or distribution of my website.
- Permanently delete any and all unauthorized copies of my website from your servers, backups, or any other storage systems.
- Provide written confirmation, within 5 days, that the unauthorized use of my website has ceased, and all copies have been deleted.
Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial in avoiding legal repercussions. I expect full cooperation in resolving this issue to my satisfaction. If I do not receive confirmation of your compliance within the stated timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue legal remedies available to me.
I trust that TLC University and all parties involved will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate corrective action to avoid unnecessary legal proceedings.
Sincerely,
Bishop Dr. A. R. Massenburg
